End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) covers any software, browser-based tools, downloadable assets, color visualizers, calculators, or templates provided by ColorUp LLC d/b/a ColorUp Cabinets (“ColorUp”) through colorupcabinets.com.

1. License Grant

ColorUp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and assets for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating ColorUp services. No other rights are granted.

2. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any ColorUp software or asset.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any ColorUp software.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• You may not use any ColorUp asset to misrepresent ColorUp services or to create competing offerings.

3. Ownership

All software, assets, color libraries, calculators, and templates remain the property of ColorUp LLC. This EULA grants a license, not a transfer of ownership.

4. Updates and Changes

ColorUp may modify or discontinue any software or asset at any time without notice. Past versions are not warrantied or supported.

5. No Warranty

Software and assets are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. ColorUp does not warrant that estimates, calculators, or visualizers will be accurate; only a signed written proposal is binding.

6. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you violate any term. On termination, you must destroy all copies of any downloaded asset.

7. Governing Law

Texas law. Disputes in Harris County, Texas.
