Hardware looks small but it telegraphs project care. Misaligned cup pulls in a refinished kitchen undercut the entire finish. We jig every drill, level every alignment, torque every screw.
Templated, not eyeballed.
We build a custom drilling template for every cabinet style in your kitchen. Cup pulls land on the same horizontal line, every door. Knobs sit consistent across rails.
Backed and clean.
Doors are backed with painter’s tape and a sacrificial board to prevent finish blow-out on the back side. Holes drilled to spec, dust vacuumed before install.
Tightened to spec, no over-torque.
Hardware torqued by hand to the manufacturer spec — tight enough to not loosen, loose enough to not strip the substrate. Final check on every cabinet before walkthrough.
Handle count, existing holes, door material, layout changes, customer-supplied hardware, and ColorUp-sourced hardware can all change the scope. We price those details in writing before installation.
