One document. Clear scope.
The accepted proposal records scope, price, planned schedule, deposit, and payment milestones. If the project changes, a written change order records the approved difference before added work proceeds.

That may mean masking and surface preparation, precise field measurements, door and panel ordering, slab selection and templating, or hardware compatibility checks.
Finish, fabricate, build, or fit.
Painting and staining move through the finish system; refacing through ordered visible surfaces; countertops through fabrication; modifications and hardware through fitted installation.

We complete the selected service, check alignment and fit, walk the finished scope with you, and explain the care or use guidance that applies to the work.
Shop-finished doors. Controlled on-site spraying.
Doors leave the kitchen. Every door and drawer front is sprayed in our Kingwood studio — horizontal racks, controlled lighting, controlled airflow. That is where most of the finish quality is decided.
Boxes stay home. Cabinet frames are masked and finished in place with the same Renner 2K lacquer, in a controlled spray environment.
The result: shop-grade door faces, frames that match cleanly, and no remodel mess in your kitchen.
Not regular paint. A hardened sprayed finish made for kitchen cabinets.
Stone chosen with the cabinets. Not after.
When countertops are part of the project, stone, sink, edge, and backsplash decisions are planned with the cabinet color — not after it. One direction, one written scope.

We do not force every project through a cabinet-painting workflow. The written proposal identifies the services selected and the production sequence each one requires.
Painting & staining.
Preparation, sample approval when applicable, controlled finish work, reinstallation, and cure or care guidance.
Cabinet refacing.
Door-profile and finish direction, field measurements, visible-surface ordering, fitting, alignment, and final adjustment.
Countertop fabrication.
Material and slab direction, field template, cutout and edge details, fabrication, installation, and applicable sealing guidance.
Hardware & modifications.
Compatibility and layout review, exact item selection, fitted installation, alignment, adjustment, and function check.
